| Summary |
The
Oxford Text Archive (OTA) has a long reputation for collecting,
preserving and distributing scholarly electronic texts
to the Arts and Humanities academic community in the UK
and abroad. The OTA forms part of the Arts and Humanities
Data Service, a national service funded to support UK
academics in the creation and preservation of digital
resources. The OTA currently holds around 2,500 resources
in over 25 different languages, many of which are available
directly from our web site. The OTA is always interested
in new deposits, especially AHRB funded resources, and
we offer a free repository and distribution service. General
advice on digital projects, documenting digitial resources
and long-term preservation issues is also available.
